About me

I've been obsessed with photography in one way or another as long as I can remember.  As a kid, I adored the fake families laughing on the beach in Land's End catalogs. I pored over all of our family pictures previously stored randomly in tin boxes and plastic bags and organized them into albums to tell the story of my life. As a teenager I bought a film SLR and developed pictures of my friends in the high school darkroom. In my twenties, I leaned into my hobby and brought my camera with me everywhere I went. I recorded my travels to beautiful places but even amongst the most incredible scenery, I was always drawn to the people (especially the babies). And now, most days I'm photographing the most beautiful things in my world: my two young children. 

Apart from my family, documenting memories for other people is my greatest passion and I'm always striving to grow in my work. It took me a long time to have the courage to make photography a career, and after 10 years, I'm still excited that I'm able to!
